Ariel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AKAVEIL Technologies, a technology consulting and managed services firm dedicated exclusively to law firms and legal organizations. With nearly two decades of experience in information technology, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity, he advises firm leadership on building secure, scalable and resilient technology environments aligned with modern legal operations.
Core focus
Cloud architecture, Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and operational automation for law firms. He helps firms move from legacy, on-premise systems to modern cloud platforms that support remote work, compliance, business continuity and growth.
He has extensive experience with estate planning, probate, family law, bankruptcy and boutique litigation firms, as well as other professional services organizations with complex data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Unique approach
Ariel combines a deep understanding of legal workflows with hands-on technical expertise. Rather than generic IT, he designs solutions around how law firms actually work: intake, document management, billing, security and staff productivity. He is also actively involved in building automation and AI-driven solutions that improve legal intake and operational efficiency.
